01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "80ji," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 80ji.net and all associated services, interfaces, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 80ji platform and accesses its services.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the 80ji registration process, including the associated PHP wallet balance.
• "Games" refers to all casino-style games, live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, sabong, Money Coming, HRG Live, and any other gaming content made available through the 80ji platform.
• "Promotional Offer" means any bonus, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive made available by 80ji to registered players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, which is the exclusive currency of the 80ji platform wallet.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required under applicable regulatory guidelines.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, and self-exclusion features accessible from the player account dashboard.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 80ji platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 80ji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 80ji platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 80ji. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety before using the platform.

03 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 80ji platform is strictly available to individuals who are **21 years of age or older**. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. Registering an account on 80ji while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.2 Age Verification Process

80ji conducts mandatory KYC age verification for all registered accounts. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID — prior to processing any withdrawal request or upon request at any point during your use of the platform.

Until KYC verification is completed, 80ji reserves the right to restrict withdrawal functionality and limit certain account features. Accounts where the registered player is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and any winnings generated will be voided without exception.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The 80ji platform is designed and operated for players in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 80ji platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on 80ji, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 80ji login credentials, including your username and password. 80ji will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify 80ji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

80ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or activity inconsistent with responsible gaming behaviour. Where legally permissible, 80ji will provide reasonable notice prior to account closure.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

80ji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied. 80ji does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfer.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 80ji is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically clear and appear in your playing balance within one minute of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Verified accounts can submit withdrawal requests at any time. Standard withdrawal processing time is within one to three business days depending on the selected withdrawal method and any applicable security review. 80ji does not guarantee same-day withdrawals but endeavours to process all requests promptly.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 80ji requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits. 80ji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must not use the 80ji platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity. Any suspected violation will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 80ji reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified via email prior to the commencement of dormancy fees.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 80ji are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as detailed in the individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0% toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

80ji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, and wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Promotional Availability

80ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are only available to players who have completed KYC verification unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

07 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the 80ji platform are sourced from licensed, independently audited game providers. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated in real time. 80ji does not host internally developed games with unaudited game mechanics.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of any game, 80ji reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's account. 80ji will not honour any payouts that arise as a direct result of a technical error, regardless of whether funds have been provisionally credited.

7.3 Incomplete Rounds

If a game round is interrupted due to disconnection or system failure before a result is determined, 80ji will attempt to reconstruct the round outcome from server-side records and credit or debit the player's account accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 80ji platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or game logic errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to operate your 80ji account on your behalf.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 80ji staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

09 Responsible Gaming

80ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It involves financial risk and is not a reliable source of income.

9.1 Available Tools

All registered 80ji players have access to the following responsible gaming controls directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 80ji platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within one business day and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 80ji platform — including but not limited to the 80ji name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the property of 80ji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 80ji content without prior written consent from 80ji.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 80ji's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

80ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 80ji has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

80ji does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside 80ji's reasonable control.

12 Privacy and Data

80ji collects and processes personal data in accordance with the 80ji Privacy Policy, which is available at 80ji.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

80ji collects only the data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. We do not sell player data to third parties. All personal data is handled in a manner consistent with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13 Amendments to These Terms

80ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 80ji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 80ji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
